Stage Entertainment got in touch with us late 2018 to ask if we could help them transition into a more data-powered company using a suite of Google Analytics products, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Optimise. This also involved an over-arching move from the free version of these products to the 360 version. The project also included a custom-build training programme to upskill representatives across the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and France.

Vhi initially got in touch with a request for analytics support, focusing on three key areas: - Audit of their existing GA, GTM and Search Console setup / Development of Tools and Existing Technical Setup / Development of Staff. In the three months immediately following the delivery of the Analysis, Insights & Optimisation phase of our project, VHI’s online revenue increased by 19.55%, their ecommerce conversion rate increased by 4.61% and their overall number of transactions increased by 20.63%. 4 years on and we are still Vhi’s digital analytics consultancy partners and continue to provide ongoing, bespoke consultancy and training.

GlowMetrics were approached by Support To Perform to help provide a key element of an upcoming corporate wellness programme known as The 100 Day Challenge. The challenge involved hundreds of participants tracking their physical activities and exercise on a daily basis, working towards greater fitness and health goals, with a custom data dashboard required to act as a real-time, interactive leaderboard.
Chartered Accountants Ireland were keen to streamline the user experience on their site, highlighting various resources and information packs to the customers who would find these most relevant and useful. Following a programme of A/B testing, we were able to help with this by creating more focused, tailored and personalised website experiences for specific customer segments using Google Optimize.
