“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime” – an old quote, but one that we try to live by.

With any consultancy work that we do, we try not to bombard the client with too much lingo, but break it down into language they understand, clearly explaining WHY and HOW we carry out the work we perform on their account. One of the foundations that GlowMetrics was built on and grew from is training, and in just over one month’s time we will be commencing The Glow Academy!

The Glow Academy is where our training that’s offered will live, and our first Glow Academy course will be focused on Analytics. We will still offer individual training sessions across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manger and Google Data Studio and these training courses can be taken at a basic, intermediate or advanced level, but we’ve developed one course to merge all 3 together.

The course content is based on the Google Analytics IQ exam and is split across 6 x 3 hour sessions. We’ve scheduled in one session per week so any learning can be easily digested and put to practice before the next session.

We set homework at the end of each session to reinforce learning and have developed breakout sessions to task participants to use their own Google Analytics/ Tag Manager/ Data Studio accounts to answer questions and look for actionable insights.

As this course is designed to prepare students for the Google Analytics IQ exam, we use practice exam questions throughout each session and have saved one session (session 6) to allow everyone an opportunity to take the exam.

The course is available either as a corporate training course delivered in-house, or through our first public Glow Analytics Academy, which will be taking place on Wednesday 16th January in the Chartered Accountants Ireland House, Pearse Street, Dublin.
