Supporting you so you can use Google Analytics to find deeper customer insights
Google Analytics is constantly evolving so if you aren’t using Google Analytics on a regular basis you might be missing some of the functionality to help you find insight and improve reporting.
During this course we go back to explain how Google Analytics technically works to allow you to collect user data and make sure your account configurations are set to ensure you are collecting clean data.
We’ll then focus on setting goals and funnels- ensuring they are set-up correctly before looking at the most commonly used Google Analytics reports and how to slice and dice these for great customer insight. We also look at how you can add simple layers of data through tag manager to enrich your data and pull this out into data studio to visualise it.
