So Speedy is a UK-based transcription and translation company known for its rapid turnaround and high-quality service. They specialise in transcribing audio and video files from the TV, film, academic and corporate sectors. With a new website launch on the horizon, the So Speedy team wanted to ensure their digital marketing and analytics setup could support growth, visibility, and lead generation in a competitive market.

So Speedy approached GlowMetrics with a few key challenges:

  • A recently refreshed website that needed proper GA4 and GTM implementation
  • Legacy Google Ads campaigns that hadn’t been updated in two years
  • An ambition to drive more international business and high-quality enquiries

We designed a 6-month consultancy and digital ad management plan covering everything from technical setup to campaign strategy and performance optimisation. Here’s what we delivered:

  • Analytics & SEO: We began with a full review of GA4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure all conversions and events tracked seamlessly after the new site launch. We also supported So Speedy’s transition to a new website with SEO consultancy, including sitemap submission, 301 redirects, and Google Search Console validation to help retain organic rankings.
  • Google Ads: We refreshed So Speedy’s search and display campaigns, optimising budgets, keywords, and creative assets. We introduced dynamic ads, updated extensions, and added GA4 audience targeting to improve the quality of leads. We also ensured conversion tracking aligned with the updated site.
  • Reporting & Optimisation: To keep So Speedy informed, we created a bespoke Looker Studio report connected to GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and social platforms. Monthly catch-up calls provided space to review data, discuss optimisations, and plan next steps.

Within just a few months of campaign launch, So Speedy saw a clear return on their digital investment — with improved ad engagement, stronger brand awareness, and a surge in high-intent enquiries from across the globe. Google Ads campaigns, in particular, delivered standout results. In February 2025, conversion volume jumped by over 68% compared to the previous month, while cost per conversion fell by nearly 30%. Key highlights included:
