Joanne is also an experienced trainer, having developed many customised corporate training schemes and regularly speaking at digital and analytics events.
Conor Ross
Conor specialises in data visualisation, designing and creating bespoke data dashboards and automated reports with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio). With a background in Psychology and Research Methods, he also works on projects focused on improving customer experience and website usability through A/B Testing and Personalisation in Google Optimize.
Michael Wilson
Michael is the Digital Analytics Director at GlowMetrics, implementing complex tracking for clients via Google Tag Manager while leading our wider analytics work across Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Optimize.
