Pages Across Two Custom Dashboards
NYCI initially got in touch with a request for analytics support, focusing on three key areas:
– A GA4 tracking workshop
– Implementing GTM tracking
– Updating their existing dashboards
We used Google Tag Manager to set up extensive tracking for their site, including an array of tags for user interactions with their programmes and events pages. We also built two custom dashboards, the first being for the overall site which provided clear and detailed visual representations of the website data, as well as data from across ad and social platforms such as Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook and LinkedIn.
The second dashboard was for NYCI’s programmes, allowing staff to see key metrics at a glance for each programme.
